He was very transparent, even educational, about the mortgage process, its many moving parts and parties involved. He kept us updated on regular basis about the mortgage options and eventual application status. He was determined to get us the best structure and rate on the market, and in the process secured us multiple letters of commitment, despite one of us being self employed, which typically requires more scrutiny.
